How do I know which soccer cleat size to order?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our brand-specific size charts. Most performance cleats are designed for a snug fit; if you prefer more room or have wide feet, consider ordering a half-size up.
Do you offer customization for team jerseys?
Yes, Xtreme Soccer offers professional heat-pressed name and numbering services for most club and international jerseys. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing customized orders.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on cleats or goalkeeper gloves that have been used on-pitch.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for players who need their gear before a big match.
Are your soccer balls shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and prevent damage during transit, all soccer balls are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard pump and needle with a small amount of glycerin to inflate them to the PSI listed on the ball.
